It is a diode - they may call them a rectifier in your country. In the US rectifiers are made of multiple diodes. I could not find it or get any specs from your link. What results did you get?
Sorry, the link pointed the wrong way ;) It's a bit confusing cause there are several elements labelled 1E05. digikey.com is a good source, maybe one can find the right part there. Otherwise i can offer on from a dead LB.

In Germany I dind't find something to.
In your link are different diodes with different ohm.
It is bedder to get it out of a dead LB.
