What is the case with these screws?

Hi!

So i decided to gave my old iPhone a brand new life. I bought new battery and screen from local seller and everything was perfect until i got into these little screws (i believe Y000) that holds home button and lcd.

I was thinking that maybe screwdriver they sent me is wrong but when I was putting the phone together i noticed the same screws are placed in that metal thing that protects the lcd cables and I can twist them in and out without any problem with the same screwdriver.

Did anyone have that kind of situation? Im not sure where the problem is.

quick mention: my phone has never been opened before
