Battery keep maintenance message
Hi there,
I replaced my battery and used icopy to keep sn.
when I plug in 3utools
3utools show 100% ok.
But in setting iphone x keep the message maintenance and if i click show 77% same percent old baterry

Changing the serial number to the original one will have no effect. You also need to transfer the flex assembly from the original battery as that is where the chip is that is linked to the phone. You need special equipment for this procedure like a micro spot welder and micro soldering iron.

coz another one like 8 plus / xs / 7 I use icopy and works well.
@diogotm From the X up. I don’t see how it would have worked on the XS. There are videos on YouTube showing the procedure.

the both dont need replace the microchip
@diogotm Well there’s your problem. They just replaced the battery without copying the serial number over.
That’s make sense, if you copy serial to show 100% in 3utool you can’t change the percent health in iPhone settings
But if you DONT use icopy you have 100% health in iPhone setting. BUT if you plug iPhone in 3utools they show the red message “the battery my be replacement”

If I like the both 3utools 100% and iPhone setting health 100%
I need to swap a microchip, right?
