Why is my mic not working on video or call it just didn’t work
It works but freezes and just stops my video doesn’t work I can only use AirPods to call and sometimes they stop working someone help because I don’t know what to do

Can Siri hear you? Is your voice memos greyed out? If you have these symptoms it will be the audio IC problem which is prone to the 7 series. This will need to be repaired by a reputable repairer as it will require microsoldering.
If you don’t have the above symptoms you could try replacing dock assembly.
