MacBook won't turn on - a glimpse of 100% battery when plugged in

My MacBook (2015 12 inch retina) won’t turn on when the power button is pressed. The only reaction I can get out of the laptop is a glimpse of a 100% charged battery the moment I plug it in.

I’ve tried resetting NVRAM. I was able to hear two chimes. But nothing happens when I release those keys after the second chime - the laptop stays on a black screen.

I recently had my battery replaced at a local Apple store. The store also asked me to replace the logic board but I did not do that. The laptop was functioning well for a few days until it stopped working.
