Whirlpool Dishwasher NOT filling with H2O

I have a Whirlpool WDP370PAHW0 that just grumbles and won’t fill. Hot water is on, plenty of pressure, I just replace the Inlet Valve and still won’t fill and just grumbles. Any suggestions…
