Ripped MacBook 12 inch display cable
I ripped the display cable (the cable connecting the lcd to the logic board), I have found the replacement cable on many sites to purchase, do I need to only replace this part? Is this difficult to replace?

Nice! So it’s just this part that I need (not a whole new lcd)?
@gabby648 - It's starting to sound like you might have damaged something more.... Lets backup what were fixing/replacing ???
That exact cable ripped as a friend tried to open the MacBook, that is all that is damaged. Would just replacing the cable do the job?
