Screen is partially flashing

Hi,

My friends TV are broken. The screen is flashing.

I have measured the Power board and it seems like the correct voltages are there.

Any suggestions if it’s the mainboard?

It’s an LG 65uh950v

@wempa what do you get if you connect a video source? Does it show an actual picture or does it always show the same? Ultimately the way the display seems to roll and the lines on it, this could be an issue with the main board or the backlight array but we'll need more info.

Hi,

Sorry for the late response.

I tried to connect a Chrome cast to HDMI 1 but i can't see anything. No menu or nothing.

Is there any other test i can do?
