if the phone is blocked (barred by the network ) then buy a new phone. If it is locked (temporary disabled) then ring your network provider for a FREE PUK code...this is for when you have entered the wrong code too many times. You shouldn't need a new circuit board for that!

Why do you think you need one? It's quite expensive so tell us a few more details and maybe we can fix the phone cheaply.

i bought the phone tried to unlock it my self and the code was put in ten times so now it cant unlocked , someone told me if i buy a new mother board they will be able to unlock it for me,but without that it is useless. please help!
