I have a Philips Norelco electric razor. When I unplug it, it will start up again even in the “off” position. I have to turn it on and then off again to make it stop.
Sounds as though the On/Off switch may be faulty i.e. switch contacts sticking in the On position when the switch is in the Off position. Moving the switch again releases them
