iPhone 6s Screen Glitching to Different Colors

It was in June or July when this issue of my phone started. Sometimes when I open it, it starts to glitch into different colors. When I play some music and lock my phone, the next time I open it, it glitches but the music continues to play with the screen on glitches, or I can still hear notifications even. After several minutes of waiting, it does come back but sometimes it irritates me when I have to wait especially when I need to do something very important with my phone. Is there any solution for this?
