Did you disconnect the battery before you unhook the cables for the screen and before you reconnected them. It can damage the back light circuit. See if you can see an image in a darkened room with a flash light angled on the screen. Also check the connections and make sure there is no damage. Clean them with a qtip and alcohol and a soft brush
You have cleaned the connections and the battery is connected now. Can you see any images on the screen but they are hard to see? Does the computer and iTunes recognize the phone? Make sure the phone is on and verify this.

When I realized phone is not turning on I’ve lifted up screen and battery was disconnected. I cleaned connectors, but there is still no image (I think) because I didn’t see anything in dark room.
Update: I asked same question yesterday on another forum and somehow it turned on, but with some problem like purple stripes, so I'm sending display to seller now because i's probably broken.
