Replacement of a faulty capacitor?

Ds, which I have for years, stopped working a few days ago. I opened the device and started testing the parts of the device. I came across a c99 capacitor and tested it with a multimeter and found that the capacitor was broken. I wonder how I could replace it? What kind of capacitor is needed here?
