Phone acting up after replacing a few parts

no. I pulled the tabs and it came out nicely.

I know iPhone 7 had major issues from people carrying them around in their front and rear pockets that caused the phones to twist and bend/bow or be dropped hard and you do minor work and they have issues start showing up.

If you carry the phone in your back pocket and sit on it with pants that are skin tight it will bend the phone and twist it same in the front pocket. I had a iPhone X that the case was bowed to the point that I was afraid the screen would not go back onto it. The motherboard is screwed down to the case and if the case bends or flexes and twists so does the board and so do the contacts that hold the split board together.

i tried putting the original speaker back and it wasnt working. The volume buttons dont work because the sound doesnt work now. and yes it has some scratches on the body but otherwise has worked fine.

I got the phone used 2 years ago and it has been working great. However the left speaker stopped working last year some time and i ordered the speaker but never got around to replacing it. And the proximity sensor never really worked but it didnt really start bothering me until recently. As for the battery it had noticably shorter life so i decided to replace that too. So i replaced it all last night and here i am without a properly working phone.
