I replaced the battery and force touch sensor on my Apple Watch series 1. Before closing everything up, I tried to turn it on, but there is no response. I went back through and disconnected and reconnected everything again, and double checked that they were seeded correctly. Still nothing. What else can I try?

Did you test the battery? Check the battery connection. Try cleaning the connections with alcohol and a soft brush. See if that helps.

I did not test the battery. How would I do that? I have double checked all connections, and cleaned all connections with rubbing alcohol.
Get a volt meter and check for voltage
Trying. Not getting anything on the volt meter.
Put the voltage meter on dc power and volts. If you aren't getting anything your battery might need charging. Or you may have a defective battery
plugged the charger into an ipad charger block, which gave more power to jump charge it. Seems to be working now.
