I’m trying to find a way that I can order a battery replacement online and I still haven’t found any. I’ve called local repair places, but the price is to high for my battery replacement. Is there other recommendations on what can I do?

New US laws restrict shipping of batteries and none outside of the US. Even in the USA it has to go via ground transport.

What part of the world are you in? It might be cheaper to do the replacement yourself.

Ifixit sell them for about $30

But they don’t ship them to Puerto Rico for some precautions, that’s why I’m looking for recommendations on what can I do. I would ask a family member to get the battery and ship it to my address but I don’t know if it is the best thing I can do since it’s not recommended. @imicrosoldering

Get a family member to re-ship it to you, it will be fine.
