Trying to find part# for the logic board
Serial# is C02V290RHV2L (2017) Model-A1706. Have to replace the logic board but have no clue how to shop without the part# anyones help I would be greatful. Apple wouldn’t give it to me.

Frankly, if you are going this far you might as well also look at upgrading your RAM and Storage as both are on the lean side for anything more than writing, web browsing, watching & listening to content. If you can swing it look for this one:

I would also strongly recommend you get a good surge suppressor or better yet a UPS if you are not that mobile. You should use the Apple charger and the cable that came with it. I’ve seen a few systems damaged when other chargers are used and cheap cables that are not designed to handle the wattage of the charger.

Please tell us why you want to replace the logic board as i may have an alternative.

All 3 lightning ports were not working. Took it to a local repair. replaced battery, bought new charger. He first said some chips needed replaced now replace the logic board. In all, the computer will not turn on with or without charger.

I'm in Gulfport, MS I called Apple I was just trying to lower the expense and buy one. Just can't get correct Part# to shop.
