What transistor is at U3 position?

My device is not turning on. I’ve managed to locate that U3 transistor has burned, but I have no idea what it was. I could really use a picture of that area to know the transitor model and how the traces on PCB are going (since they are burned too :-()

Hi,

Is there a "board number" on the circuit board?

Try searching for "(insert board number) schematic" or simply search for just the "board number" only and check results.

You may also wish to check the traces which lead to and from the transistor to see what it connects to etc, since a failure such as this could indicate something else has failed and obviously too much current (or voltage) was applied to the transistor.

Just some thoughts.
