Camera sometimes stops working for a while.

So this started with the iOS 13 update, and my phone has been fully updated since. (Currently running 13.3) My camera will stop working across all apps, including messages and Snapchat, and show a black screen for both the rear and face camera. The flashlight also doesn’t work. After a few hours, sometimes up to a day, it’ll start working again spontaneously. Turning it off and on doesn’t work and actually triggers the software fault - my camera stops working every time my phone turns off or dies. I’ve tried a soft reset and hard reset, both through my phone and computer, and called Apple support, but no help. It seems to be triggered by me using the actual camera app, if I only use Snapchat it’ll be okay. It’s getting really frustrating so any help is appreciated.
