Blurred camera after replacing back glass

Hello everyone,

Probably not done the best repair work of my life here, and I know there are other methods of changing the iphone X back glass, but I used the “Heat-gun” method

Having a severely cracked back glass, Using a hot air gun to remove the adhesive I was able to remove all of the glass and remaining fragments WITHOUT touching or moving the camera lens cover…. the issue now that trying the camera app (or any that use the rear camera) it seems to focus in a blurred manner.

My question here would be…. what is the most likely cause? I would assume the camera assembly may have overheated and now caused the blurr ?
