My screen is just showing white when I turn it on there is no images or anything showing on it and I was wondering if you can fix it for cheap or something. I’m on disability and need my tablet to communicate with Drs

Hi Marsha, you may want to try restarting the tablet in "Safe Mode" and see if the screen works then. If yes, then you have an app or other item, on the tablet that is starting at launch, which is causing the issue. You would need to remove this app/item and then restart the tablet again.
To get into "Safe Mode" please following the steps.
1. Turn off the tablet.
2. Next press and hold "Power" until you see the manufacturers logo on the screen, then release the power button.
3. "Quickly" press "Volume Down" and hold it for few seconds until you see the message "Safe mode: ON" or something similar.
4. If you wanted disable it, simply repeat the steps above, and you should see "Safe Mode: OFF".

This isn’t fixing it I think my grandkids may have dropped it and now its showing nothing but white screen when turned on I need to fix this its a Model; X 7 tablet

It would appear that the most common source of this problem is a loose or intermittent LCD flat cable. If you got to Youtube you can view various videos on how to see if this is indeed the problem with your unit. For examples see the following:

Would also suggest using an appropriate contact cleaner or 90% or better concentration isopropyl alcohol on the cables contacts.
As a bonus you can also view a very cut young aspiring electronics technician doing the same repairs on his sister's tablet. :-)
