The machine starts agitating as soon as you start a regular cycle?
The washer starts to agitate as soon as you start a cycle without letting the washer fill up with water. Is there some sort of reset button or procedure?

First thing to try is to unplug it from the wall for 10 minutes to allow it to reset. Plug it back in and see if it throws any error codes and let us know.
