Is iMac 27 5k 2019 display adhesive strip are same as 2012-2017 model?
I’m looking for up-gradation kit of HDD to SSD on my 27’’ 5k iMac 2019 model. But I didn’t find out adhesive strip for the same. Is it same as 2012-2017 model adhesive strip?

Since the form factor has not changed since 2012 they are the same:

Here is the 27" version [关联产品丢失或禁用： IF174-005] and as far as I know the 2019 is no different than the 2017 strips.
But before you go down this path what is your reason you need to open the system? Such a new system should be serviced by Apple under its warranty program.
I'm looking for those too, but read somewhere that the mic hole on newer iMac 27 is now on the lower side of the bezel and standard strips can cover it causing issues with the mic, don't know the exact details but I would like to know when the specific 2019 strips will be available in Europe, as they are in USA store.

First I have used the same adhesive tapes across all of the 2012 ~ 2015 systems I've serviced.
Here's the iFixit part I would use: iMac 27" VHB Display Tape Kit - Apple Original (12-15), Apple P/N 076-1444
I have use a simple single hole paper punch to cut the needed location as needed for the 2017 & 2019 models a few times.
For the newer 2017 ~ 2020 I would use these tapes iMac 27" VHB Display Tape Kit - Apple Original (17-19), Apple P/N 076-00332 from TheBookYard in the UK.
