Will not start up, I have replaced power supply and logic board

I have a first gen. G5 Imac 1.8,160 gig HD.1 gig ram. model 2008 ( not year) I have replaced the logic board and power supply. I still have the same problem. Diagnostic lights #1, indicates power, but #2 flashes when pressing power up button. This indicates bad power supply which was replaced with new power supply I purchased at Ifix it. I then bought a new logic board. Still have same diagnostic leds as before. Is there anything else that can cause this?

power up?

LED 2 indicates that the main logic board has detected proper power from the power supply when the computer is turned on. This LED will be ON when the computer is turned on and the power supply is working correctly.

Put the original logic board back in. Press the reset CUDA button to the left of the diagnostic lights. If the #2 LED still just flashes, check the part number of the replacement power supply to see if it matches. Did you buy this Mac new? You may need to RMA the power supply.

Thanks for response. Yes, Imac was bought new, it did have meltdown while under warranty. Worked find for next 4 years, then got quirky. Did the cuda button #2 flashed, which caused me to buy new power supply. How do I find if the logic board and power supply match? Are you thinking it still is a power supply problem?
