ue megaboom not working

My UE MEGABOOM will only work if it is plugged into a charger. It works perfectly fine when its plugged in as if it working normally. But as soon as it disconnects from the charger it turns off instantly as if it were broken. PLEASE HELP!!

How long did you own the device? If it is still under warranty, send in for service….

Else you might want to open up to check the battery they have a lifespan....

Logitech UE MegaBoom Battery Replacement

There is a possibility the battery might be exhausted. If you have a spare battery, you can try replacing it and check if it works.

Else in worst case, the charging section might be having issues.
