Computer battery charging issues
My zephyrus g ga502 is having multiple issues with charging. First off when plugged in the battery light blinks instead of being solid red and windows says its plugged in but not charging. Windows reports my battery at a constant 55% even though it should be going down when unplugged. Also the laptop only turns on when plugged in but can run unplugged right afterwards.
Any advice or help is greatly appreciated!

so when you unplugged charger, the battery was still about 55%, or it went slowly down and after the charger is plugged, the battery will charge up to 55%?

if you can arrange for spare, try to check your battery and charging adapter . may be one of them is not functioning properly . instead of going through all hard steps for troubleshooting , try this simple step . If you have acess to any laptop repair shop , go there and ask them to check these two in front of you .
