Not fully charging after batter replacement.
I had my battery replaced at a reputable computer store. Now it charges extremely slow and hasn’t gone above 61%. The port is clean and snug. What could be going on?

Hard to tell, faulty battery ? If you have at hand a Mac or PC you can download Coconut battery or 3Utools, plug in the iPad and get some battery info. However, since you paid someone to do the job I’d recommend contacting them, it should be their problem. I’d have fully charged and discharged the battery for testing before giving it back to a customer.
