I put a game in to play and when I wanted to change games, I properly quit the current game and hit the eject button and I heard the disk drive door open, the motor kicked on and sound like it was ejecting the disk but nothing happened. How can I fix this?

If that doesn’t work, here is an alternative method that will void the warranty, if it’s still under one.
You may want to look into replacing the drive if you do end up taking the PS3 Slim apart.

I've heard that over time the rollers in the disk drives can become worn out. You might need to take the disk drive out and see if that might be the case. They can also just be really dirty so you might just clean them if they. There should be plenty of guides online for this. Here's an iFixit guide showing how to remove the drive PS3的蓝光驱动器更换
