Why my dishwasher doesn’t stop heating after the cycle is finished?
My dishwasher cleans and dries the dishes ok. But once the cycle is finished it continues being hot, it doesn’t cool down. I have to switch off the main plug for it to stop the heating.

Does the dishwasher appear to switch itself off at the end of the cycle?

I'm still checking, but in the meantime see if you can do a diagnostic check on the dishwasher and if you can see if it shows anything.
Does the dishwasher switch off at the end of the cycle, you didn't say?
How old is the dishwasher?
