Preparing Automatic Repair with no loading symbol

I am on a iBuyPower, and I didn't put that in the device because there was no iBuyPower option, but it is stuck on Preparing Automatic Repair, with no loading, spinning, thing. I've waited around 20 mins, any help?

What is an "iBuyPower"? Any one know?

Hi @aactech ,

Perhaps it is a custom built or self built desktop with parts sourced from here

Cheers.

O.K that makes sense now.

Just so you all know, I have finished fixing my computer, without deleting countless of personal files.

From your Comment is see you tried “Startup Repair'“. I would try this one at least three times. Some times the repair can take several steps before it works.

If it still does not fix the “Startup” then I suggest doing the “Reset this PC”

If From “Automatic Repair” select “Advanced options”

From “Choose an option” select “Troubleshoot”.

From “Troubleshoot” selcet “Reset this PC”

Once in “Reset this PC” remember to select the option to keep your files and reset Windows.

This will reinstall Windows 10 keeping your files.

Thank you, but I am glad to say that I was eventually able to fix the computer. Also, an IBuyPower is a computer making company (according to google) Sorry if I wasted your time, but apparently, after a couple days of waiting for the Attempting Repairs, it finally fixed itself, somehow. Sorry if I wasted your time, just forgot to delete the question.
