WIFI networks not detected
Is it possible to replace the wifi card if the issue is hardware and not software? Where can I buy a new card and how can I install it?

Probably a driver issue, as Carmello says, so download the latest drivers from the HP web site.
Also, if there are any wifi applications on the systems uninstall them with something like IOBit Unistaller - it cleans out the registry as well - i.e. no traces.
Uninstall the wifi drivers in the Control Panel, reboot and then install the new drivers.
Hold on….have you checked that the Wi-Fi is turned on in the BIOS?

If you can’t even connect with an Ethernet cable then you probably have an “Internet Connection” issue that is a software issue.
Probably best to first do a complete anti-virus scan of your entire system (which you may have already done) and then try the “Complete Internet Repair v5.2.3.4010” program which you can download from - maybe a friend or the local library can help with the download:

The clue that it is a software issue is that neither the Wi-Fi nor the wired connection connects you to the Interenet. If you replace the Wi-Fi module you would most likely still have the same problem.
Also if it were a driver issue it is very unlikely that both the Wi-Fi and the Ethernet port drivers would be corrupted at the same time….but all things are possible.

I will try. But I can't download drivers because I can't get out in the internet eveing using an Ethernt cab le.
you can download the drivers and software using what ever device your on here replying
to these answers with.

first we need to know the make and model number to further assit you..
but the yes in most cases you can.. but id lean more towards a software/driver issue than hardware..
