LG fridge model LMXC23746D/00 error E and rf.

I have LG fridge model LMXC23746D/00 with the error E and rf. Freezer appears to be working fine. Fridge appears to be cooling fine, however, lower back wall appears frozen, ice is present, and food near this area seems to freeze as well. What part for this model do you recommend that I replace that would include both the fan and sensor that you’ve mentioned above for other similar models with this same error? Thanks in advance for your help! Per recommendation, I emptied fridge and let thaw for 8 hours, error came back soon after I plugged it back in the wall. No noises are present.
