Why don't some of the keys work?

computer keeps crashing. Some numbers do not work. What should I do?

Need more information. Which keys do not work. How often does the computer crash, is there an error message or code when this happens? Does the computer turn on and run or does it crash in a few minutes. Were there any changes on your computer before it started crashing?
