My Computer won't turn on
my laptop suddenly shuts down and won’t turn back on, the charger is working, is there any way to fix this?

Try the following and see if it works
1. Unplug your charger cord.
2. Remove the battery.
3. Press and hold the "Power" button for 30 seconds.
4. Now plug back in the power/charger cord.
5. Now put the battery back in.
If it doesn't help, then test the power cord to see if it is good. Either try your cord in another device, or try another devices cord in your laptop. You may also want to try charging it when the device is off, rather than on. If it works then, the cord is probably the issue.
Should that not be the problem, then check the battery to see if it needs replacing.
While the battery may be complicated to get to, it should be replaceable. Unless it is under warranty, then you should contact the manufacturer.
NOTE: If your computer suddenly turned off while working with Windows Word/Excel/PowerPoint, or some other programs like PS, you are able to get missing files back via the auto-save feature. While unexpected showdown can cause data loss or other problem, to keep things safe, you’d better regularly back up you computer.

I had an issue like this on a different computer. The power button was not making a connection. But that would not turn on at all. Your situation sounds a bit different.
Another time my laptop wouldn't start and it turned out the battery was dead (that particular laptop didn't work unless the battery was good even when plugged in). The HP will work if the battery is bad, however.
