I have an ASUS X555L and it seems to show no signs of life the board heats up but that’s about it the f an doesn’t spin and the screen back light doesn’t turn on i’ve tried changing out the RAM but that didn’t seem to work! Anyone have ideas its got an i7 so i’d really like to use it as a on the go machine.

Thank you Albert, i have since given up on fixing the computer. It was just a side project. I’m holding onto it just in case I can de-bll the CPU since its a i7. I think i have another laptop I can put it into.
