Hello,
If you are able to use your touchscreen then Check restart your PC if you are still having like this problem.
- Go to the setting.
- In setting select the,
- Update security>window update>Check for updates
- install any available updates and restart your PC.
- If you did not get any notification for restart then you will be restart your Tablet itself.
- It is a better option make sure after restart your any pending updates are install.

I formatted my Digiland dl808w tablet and when I started my touch did not work, I never found the driver, I had to change the motherboard

I have the same tablet. Been playing with it for years (Install different OS, Currently running Ubuntu with some kinks) The touch drivers for the screen are from Silead Inc (China based company) and windows doesn’t install them out of the box. The only place I found drivers are on this page:

I don't trust the installer on the website so I just got the drivers.
