hello Abthony Bonnano, my name is John and when i have an issue like this I would try to pry it out with tweezers or a pair of pliers that are electronic grade that are small pliers and try grabbing card long ways and rocking back and forth. the other option is to take the cam apart to access the card box from the inside of the cam. and force it out that way. but if you have a warranty you might want to use it because if you open the unit your warranty is voided.
