First the problem was while I was using it it would just shut off and it would be almost fully charged. Now I've got to keep it pulled in but it wouldn't fully charge and when I can get it on it juustbshuts if and does like it will restart but only thing it dies

Just confirming that it does stay on if the charger is connected and switched on.
If it stays on with the charger connected but not when running on the battery only, then the battery is failing and needs to be replaced. Even rechargeable batteries have a lifespan.
