iphone 3gs dropped from pocket getting out of car .
touch became unresponsive ,
checked all connections ,
ordered complete front installed restored phone still nothing and noticed clock stuck.
time 10:05
plug in to charger time starts working
unplug wait few seconds time reverts back 10:05
any help please .

have you tried a simple hard reset? press and hold home and power until apple logo appears then release buttons and allow to reboot. If that doesn't work you'll need to open the phone and check connector 2 is on properly..take it back off and then put back on, this way you can check for dust and can feel the click that connector is on properly.
You might also like to try a restore in itunes..it sounds like a software issue.
