I dropped Coca Cola on the keyboard. The computer is still working but trackpad and keyboard keys are stuck and very hard to push.
How can I fix/clean it?
It’s a better solution to buy a new top case like this one?

Don’t trust the “it’s still working”, don’t use it until you have checked internal conditions, don’t plug in magsafe and disconnect battery from the logic board. Use these guides to remove and clean logic board and I/O board and to properly take care of the spill. It is quite likely you will need to replace the upper case, there’s no real way to clean it without replacing KB. If you can find someone who will be able to take care of the keyboard only replacement that might save you some money.

I'm already using the Macbook for weeks now. The only problem that I have (so far) is with the keyboard keys. Supposing I will open it to clean, what kind of liquid (alcohol ?) should I use to remove the sugar?

@slmnbj I use >90% Isopropyl Alcohol for cleaning up liquid damaged computers. Should work like a charm for you,
@ajcooke01 wrong arrow, it should read >90% ;) @slmnbj Weeks is about the life span a liquid damaged board lasts if it has been damaged, in the best of cases. But you might have been lucky and coke didn't reach it at all. I cannot know, but I wouldn't take the risk considering the machine value.
