Not an answer… ButBut mine is brand new and takes the better part of an hr! It sucks! My water lines are fine, it takes forever to fill bc it keeps readjusting the water amount bc of the “sensor” and on “deep water wash” it makes no difference. Very disappointed! Read it on the reviews before I bought it, but thought they didn't know what they were doing or something like what that guy said! It's not, the machine JUST TAKES FOREVER TO WASH! DONT BUY

Please give us the make and model number of your machine so we can take a look at those reviews. If it is brand new, it should be covered by your manufactures warranty. If you keep it, I would consider getting an extended warranty. I only recommended extended warranties on products that fail during the first year.
