Study the user manual in detail (you should be able to find it online if you don't have a paper copy) and see if you can find anything about saturation under colour settings. It may be that it has somehow got set to zero and needs to be reset to something sensible. (Do small children ever play with the remote?) If that's not it, it may be some internal fault that'll be rather harder to find and fix.

tinametante what exact model is your TV? What have you checked? Loss of color is usually related to a bad main board
