WLAN and Bluetooth cannot be activated
The buttons for WLAN and Bluetooth are gray and cannot be activated again; resetting of network settings did not help and also complete reset did not help
any ideas?

When it’s greyed out either it’s the Wifi chip or some related component gone bad, usually this follows bad phone drops or water damage. You’ll need someone with microsoldering skills to take care of it, not a DIY job unfortunately.

Thanks for your answer! I would have access to the mentioned microsoldering capabilities; what would have to be done? Wifi chip replacement? where culd I get this chip?

Since you have someone with microsoldering skills it is very likely he/she'll be able to test the board and determine what exactly needs to be fixed. At a distance without testing it would be pure guess. Wifi IC can't be replaced by a new one as it's paired to the board..a rework is all that can be done.
