How do you make external display the main display? My diplay is,broken

I used to be Computer Guy, but now, I am just Corey. I forgot my password. How do you make an external display the main display because I can't see a thing on the computer's display because there is no display. I broke the display a long time ago. Can ANYBODY help?

I can't do that because I can't see anything.

Did you connect an external monitor first?

完成的

No, becuase it does not work as you can see in the comment above.

完成的

Sounds like you have a bigger problem than the monitor. Leave the external plugged in and try restarting. Note anything that takes place that might give us a clue as to why the machine will not start.

完成的

Once I turn the external monitor on, the computer is just starting up. Then, the external monitor says "No Signal" because it does not sense the computer and shuts down. How can I stop this? It is an Acer display.

Connect an external monitor, then turn it on, before you turn the laptop on. Hopefully, the Powerbook will detect it automatically, so you can see things on the external monitor.
