Where can I get schematic of this model?

i have a problem this laptop motherboard circuits. I need to fix it, having schematic diagram of the motherboard would be great help.Data is not flowing between ram and cpu

lonely15_sagun the computer model will not help for this. You need to give us a motherboard identifier. Any make and model number on that board?

Hey, I'm having the same issue (I'm trying to find a schematic for this models motherboard). I'm not 100% sure how to ID the board, but it says:

BBV00/10 LA-D993P

Vendor: HSB

DP/N: OKD43Y

Is there anything else that's needed?
