Left IO board replacement
Apple macbook pro A1150 Magsafe power port has a burn mark after plugging in the charger and seeing a spark. Can I just replace the left I/O board or is the whole board fried. How can I find out.

You can find out by replacing the left I/O board. Till then you can't tell if it got to the logic board. I doubt the logic board will have been touched. Here's how to do it: MacBook Pro 15" Core Duo Model A1150 Left I/O Board Replacement
