Can't charge unless the phone is standing on the cable
Title says it. My phone infinix hot s doesn't charge unless its literally standing on the cable or I lift the Cable up. I guess the charging port moved up?

yes it does sound like a charging port issue. It is possible that the solder on the board has come loose. Use this video as well as this one to work on your phone. Once you get to the boards post some images so we can see what you see. Use this guide 在已经存在的问题里加入图片 for that. It looks like this phone uses a separate power board, so you may have to check to see if you can find a replacement if you cannot fix the port. Here is what that board looks like

I can always give it to a local mobile shop.. Right?
Cause I didn't try fixing a phone before on my own, and I dont think I want to do it.
yes of course you can do that as well
And I'm kinda in a situation where I can't get it to repair, so can I continue charging like this? Or will it damage the charging port more?
