on any rinse cycle the water does not come out only a hum, except when the water is in the warm/warm setting, then it acts as it should.

First, check to make sure both the cold and hot faucets are turned on at the wall.
Second, checked the inlet filters in the water hoses/hookups in the back. https://www.familyhandyman.com/appliance....
If the above two steps don't work, you will want to look to replace the inlet water valve. Enter your model number here and find the correct water valve for your washer: https://www.searspartsdirect.com/
What's happening is the rinse cycle uses only cold water unless you have it on the warm/warm setting. Therefore, I suspect you are not getting cold water. If you tried to wash with cold water, I bet you would get the same humming sound in the wash cycle as well. Sediment is clogging the inlet system, and it almost always happens on the cold water side first as the sediment tends to collect at the bottom of the hot water heater.
