The washer won't stop spinning, even when its not on.

What is the make and model number of your washer /dryer combo unit?
What lights if any are on when it is spinning?
Assuming it stops spinning when you turn the power off, what happens when you turn the power back on?
Does it start spinning again straightaway or do you have to start a wash cycle and then when does it start to continually spin?

Hi ,
It's a Kenmore.
No lights.
I had to unplug it for it to stop spinning.
When I plug it back in it starts back spinning.

Replace the timer first.
