Cannot use USB Wireless Mouse -- tried all of HP Support fixes

What can I do or can you do to resolve the issue - I may need to update the drivers but the solutions provided by HP Support have not resolved the issue. Can you help?

Which sensor is not working? What is not happening?

Please confirm the model number of the laptop as shown on the product information label on the bottom of the laptop?
